As part of the celebrations of the Year of Naval Civilians, Vice Admiral Sameer Saxena, Chief of Staff, ENC inaugurated a recreation room facility during his visit at Base Victualling Yard Visakhapatnam. The visit culminated with an insightful walk around of the store houses and interaction with the Yard personnel.
