40 Officers of Indian Navy and 15 Officers of Sri Lankan Navy of 94th batch of Marine Engineering Specialisation Course completed 105 weeks of professional training at INS Shivaji on 29 December 2022. The Passing Out Parade was reviewed by Vice Admiral R Swaminathan, Director General Naval Project (Mumbai). The event was also attended by Commodore Rohan Joseph, Defence Attaché of Sri Lanka, bolstering regional cooperation in IOR. The 'Hammer' for best all round officer and best sportsman trophy was awarded to Lieutenant Jesin Alex. First in overall order of academic merit was awarded to Lieutenant M Mohan. The best all round foreign officer was awarded to Lieutenant DMVC Dhanasekara of Sri Lanka.
