Maj Gen Santosh Kumar Dhakal, Commandant, Nepal Army Command and Staff College NACSC, along with instructors and 74 student officers, including five students each from Bangladesh, Nigeria, USA, Maldives and Sri Lanka visited WNC on 24 January 2023. The student officers interacted with Rear Admiral Kunal Singh Raikumar, CSO(Ops) and visited indigenously built frontline warships and submarine of Indian Navy. They were briefed about the role and operations of Command as well as challenges faced in IOR.
