As part of Navy's drive towards Key-on-Arrival for its personnel and to mitigate existing shortages of accommodation for Senior sailors posted at Mumbai, a project of G+21 floors comprising two modern towers for 160 families was inaugurated by Vice Admiral AB Singh CINC WNC on 02 February 2023. Mrs Charu Singh, President NWWA WR handed over house keys to five MCPO families. The twin tower project is tallest ever project constructed by MES and is a feat in itself. The 1,000 sqft apartments have all modern/ contemporary facilities and technologies.
