470 Class sailing boat team of Sudhanshu Shekhar, POELR, and Ms. Kongara Preeti from Yacht Club of Hyderabad and ILCA4 Class boat yachtsman, Master Advaith Menon have qualified to represent India at Asian Games scheduled in China later this year. The 49er team of Anand Thakur, CPO and Satyam Ranghad, PO; 470 teams of RK Sharma, PO and Shraddha Verma of INWTC, Mumbai and Shekhar, POELR and Ms. Kongara Preeti have also qualified for Olympic Qualifiers at Hague in August 2023 and Regional Qualifiers in Thailand in December 2023. Indian Navy is proud of its yachtsmen and wishes them all the very best for upcoming competitions.
