52nd National Safety Day was celebrated at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai from 01 to 04 March 2023 with enthusiastic participation of personnel in various activities and competitions. Events conducted included a safety march and a skit on importance of Personal Protective Equipments by Dockyard Apprentices, discussions on Behaviour Based Safety, a capsule on Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment by subject experts and a safety pledge taken by all employees. The event concluded with presentation of awards by the Admiral Superintendent, Naval Dockyard. The Boiler Fabrication Department was presented the Best Safety Conscious Centre award.
