On a bright sunny morning, a date which would go down in history, INS Kirpan departed Visakhapatnam on 28 Jun 2023 for Vietnam on her last deployment, flying Indian Navy’s Colours. The ship was seen off with a grand ceremony by VAdm Sanjay Vatsayan, COS, ENC.
