A Seminar on -Enhancing Safety Culture in Indian Navy was held by SNC Kochi on 07 July 2023. The seminar discussed various organisational, leadership and material aspects of enhancing safety culture on operational units and industrial establishments. RAdm Upal Kundu, CSO(Training), SNC was Chief Guest for the event. In his address, he stressed upon importance of training as bedrock for imbibing correct operating procedures and safety culture at all levels. Service and civilian personnel of units of SNC attended seminar. In addition, representatives from safety departments of ENC, WNC and Safety Class Authorities also attended the event.
