A document named Citizens/Clients Charter was released by Vice Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, COP on 12 Feb 2024 at Naval Headquarters, New Delhi. The document outlines the cmmitments and standards of service provided by Directorate of Civilian Personnel DCP to the clients it serves i.e. Naval Civilian Personnel. Contact details of DCP officials and lead time involved in various processes have been promulgated in the document with an aim to ensure transparency, accountability and efficiency in interactions with the clients. Rear Admiral Aditya Hara, ACOP(AC) was also present along with members of team DCP.
